About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Vendor Coordinator to join our team at ING Bank (Australia) Limited. As a key member of our Vendor and Fulfilment team, you will be responsible for managing the bank's fulfilment requirements and providing support to Vendor & Outsourcing Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the quarterly statement run process and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Track collateral volumes with third-party suppliers and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Retail Tribe, Contact Centre, and Technology teams to ensure vendor compliance with the Banking Code of Practice.
  • Manage risk events and associated targets with Vendor & Outsourcing Managers.
  • Process invoices across the Vendor Partnerships team.
  • Provide specialist input on fulfilment and mail house matters to relevant risk assessments.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role within vendor and fulfilment coordination is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a regulatory environment with strong risk awareness.
  • Excellent problem identification and critical thinking skills to escalate incidents or issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to build rapport with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work efficiently and autonomously while utilizing multiple systems within a processing environment.
  • A self-starter with a thirst for knowledge and ability to adapt and make decisions in complex situations.
