Role Overview

This exciting opportunity involves end-to-end accountability for optimising the online customer journey from landing to quote initiation. You will leverage qualitative and quantitative inputs (analytics, heatmaps, customer research, A/B tests) to define, validate, and iterate on digital product enhancements.

Success in this role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to think decisively. You will work closely with engineers, designers, marketers, and fellow product specialists to align on roadmaps and bring initiatives to life.

The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years' experience as a Digital Product Analyst or Product Manager, ideally on customer-facing websites or digital journeys. They will also have a proven track record of applying agile and lean principles to initiative identification, delivery, and optimisation.

A background in digital-only or technology-driven organisations is highly desirable, although experience in insurance or financial services is not essential.

Requirements
