Job Description

The position of Customer Operations Supervisor is a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, consistent, and responsive customer service. The supervisor will lead a team of customer operations technicians within the international business exchange data center and act as a subject matter expert across the wider campus.

As a leader, you will be responsible for supervising day-to-day operations, coordinating customer installations and service requests, driving continuous improvement in service delivery and operational efficiency. You will also support the training and development of both direct and indirect reports across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead and develop a team of customer operations technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Customer Service & Operations: Coordinate customer installations and service requests, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Process & Quality Management: Implement and maintain processes to ensure high-quality, consistent, and responsive customer service.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in service delivery and operational efficiency.

  • Experience in customer service and operations, with a focus on delivering high-quality, consistent, and responsive customer service.
