Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Cleaning Assistant.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who shares our commitment to delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact in the lives of our residents.

As a Cleaning Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation for our residents. You will work collaboratively with your peers to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in resident rooms and common areas.

About the Role:

  • Support colleagues and contribute to a positive and cooperative team environment.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Previous experience as a cleaner (ideally).
  • Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills with experience interacting with diverse individuals.
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with residents and their families.
  • A reliable team player with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
  • Willingness to undergo a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
