Job Description:We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Cleaning Assistant.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who shares our commitment to delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact in the lives of our residents.
As a Cleaning Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation for our residents. You will work collaboratively with your peers to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in resident rooms and common areas.
About the Role:
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
- Support colleagues and contribute to a positive and cooperative team environment.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Previous experience as a cleaner (ideally).
- Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills with experience interacting with diverse individuals.
- Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with residents and their families.
- A reliable team player with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
- Willingness to undergo a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
