About the Role
  • Provide safe and effective clinical care to meet the diverse needs of residents.
  • Act as Team Leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team.
  • Work in a collaborative environment to achieve exceptional outcomes for our residents.
Requirements
  • A current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
  • A thorough understanding of Aged Care Legislation and Quality Standards.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of AN-ACC assessment processes.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of age-related health issues.
  • Effective communication skills and a positive attitude.
