Customer Order Assistant Manager

The Customer Order Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the Customer Order Manager to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business results.

  • Supporting the Customer Order Manager with operational performance across picking and packing activities, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality services.
  • Leading, managing, and coaching a team of Personal Shoppers to guarantee orders are picked and packed on time to stringent standards.
  • Motivating, managing, and guiding Personal Shoppers to deliver results and drive best practice in the organization.
  • Reviewing Voice of Customer commentary daily to ensure products are packed correctly and meet quality benchmarks.

The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for food and shopping, a customer-centric mindset, love of teamwork, and flexibility to adapt to change. They must be willing to work reliably and have a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
