Sales Team Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient processing of sales orders, administrative duties, and supporting clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process sales orders for sales staff, including registration, customer account setup, stock allocation, and delivery coordination.
  • Coordinate the delivery, training, and installation of equipment with customers.
  • Attend to customer queries regarding their orders and provide timely resolutions.
  • Create service contracts for applicable orders/devices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Intermediate MS Office skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Oracle experience is advantageous but not required.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
  • Previous administration experience is highly desirable.
