**Job Title:** Disability Support Worker/Team Leader**About the Role:**We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Provide personal care, domestic assistance, and meal preparation to clients as needed.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively to meet the needs of multiple clients.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other professionals to develop and implement personalized support plans.
**Requirements:**To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Certificate III or IV in Disability or a related field.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
