Senior Perioperative Nurse Leader

A career opportunity has arisen for a skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our perioperative care team. As a key member of our healthcare leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background, with significant experience in managing teams and implementing quality improvement initiatives. You will be expected to champion a culture of continuous learning and development, ensuring that your team is equipped to deliver safe and effective patient care.

- Ensure effective resource management and service delivery.
- Promote clear communication, professional growth, and a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to meet both clinical and business objectives.
- Current registration as a Division 1 Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Minimum 3 years' management experience in a perioperative setting.
- Relevant postgraduate qualifications in nursing and health management.
- Strong knowledge of ACORN standards and competencies, Commonwealth/State healthcare legislation, and clinical governance principles.
