Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Uniting in Hornsby. As a Support Worker, you will provide care and companionship to older people living in their own homes, empowering their independence and improving their quality of life. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and medication administration. • Assist clients with transportation to appointments and shopping trips. • Engage clients in social and wellbeing activities, such as outings and Healthy Living for Seniors activities. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and provide regular updates to the team. Requirements:

• Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification. • Experience providing client-centred care in a similar role. • Current First Aid certificate. • Driver's licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle. What We Offer:
