Lead Privacy Strategist for Global Operations

We are seeking a seasoned privacy professional to drive our global operations forward. As Head of Privacy, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our privacy strategy across the division and associated regions.

About this role:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive privacy strategy that ensures adherence to regulations and best practices.
  • Provide expert advice to senior executives on privacy risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Liaise with external regulators, such as the OAIC, to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Oversee the effective implementation of Group privacy policies and approaches into our business units to drive consistency across the enterprise.
  • Be part of a Global Privacy Team and represent our organization at relevant forums working collaboratively with other Divisional privacy leads.

About you:

  • You have a strong background in privacy law and risk management, with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives in large and complex organizations.
  • You possess excellent stakeholder management and partnering skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior executives and external partners.
  • You are a seasoned leader who can inspire and motivate teams to deliver results-driven outcomes.
