We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist to fill a key role in our healthcare team at IIQAF. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for helping patients with physical problems resulting from illness, injury, or disability. Your goal will be to restore and maintain their maximum functional movement and overall wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' physical conditions and create personalized treatment plans to address their unique needs
  • Implement and administer specialized physiotherapy techniques and exercises to promote optimal recovery and rehabilitation
  • Monitor and assess patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes
  • Educate patients and their families on various physiotherapy exercises and self-care techniques to promote independence and empowerment
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive patient care plans that address the whole person - physical, emotional, and social
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records to ensure seamless communication and continuity of care
  • Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy techniques and treatment protocols to provide the highest level of care and expertise
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field, such as physical medicine or rehabilitation
  • Proven work experience as a Physiotherapist in a healthcare setting, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care
  • Excellent knowledge of physiotherapy practices, techniques, and principles, with a focus on evidence-based practice
  • Ability to assess and diagnose patients' conditions accurately, with a strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Good physical stamina and manual dexterity, with the ability to perform physical assessments and interventions
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to patient care, with a focus on promoting patient autonomy and empowerment
