We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team at Plena Healthcare. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in Residential Aged Care and Community settings.
Key Responsibilities- Community Services: You will work with clients in their homes, providing personalized treatments and assessments to support their activities of daily living, mobility, and overall well-being.
- Comprehensive Assessments: You will conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' needs and develop clinical recommendations to support their care.
- Collaboration and Flexibility: You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide seamless care and demonstrate flexibility to meet the changing needs of our clients and facilities.
