We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team at Plena Healthcare. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients in Residential Aged Care and Community settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop clinical recommendations to support consumer activities of daily living, mobility, transfers, falls risk and prevention, equipment requirements, pressure area care, skin integrity management, arthritic joint management, and pain management.
- Provide personalized treatments and interventions to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing professional development and training.
