Job Overview:

The Deputy Head of Satellites will play a pivotal role in driving the company's business goals by supporting the Head of SEGA & Satellites to ensure programmatic alignment with strategic and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directing a skilled cross-functional team to deliver results against aggressive schedules.
  • Managing schedule, budget, and documentation for satellite programs throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Communicating program goals internally and ensuring appropriate assignment of resources.

Leadership and Team Management:

Providing leadership, motivation, and direction in the day-to-day running of employees reporting to this position.

Managing performance of the team, ensuring that any shortfalls in performance are managed and reported.

Ensuring all workers are inducted and operate according to policies/procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related fields.
  • NV1 Security Clearance eligible preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
