Embark on a mission to push the boundaries of space exploration as a key member of our launch vehicles organization.

We are seeking an experienced professional with exceptional leadership skills and expertise in program management to join our dynamic team. As a senior figure in our launch vehicles organization, you will be responsible for driving the overall performance of all launch vehicles across research and development, product development, mission management, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to manage schedules, budgets, and documentation for launch vehicle activities throughout the entire product development and operations lifecycle.
  • Assist in managing launch vehicle development, production, and operations costs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Communicate and support launch vehicle objectives and key results, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Monitor progress of external product development and associated activities to ensure timely risk and issue management.
  • Support regular review meetings with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate and communicate status, risks, and issues.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting as required by the Head of Launch Vehicles.
Requirements:
  • Sustained enthusiasm and interest in space technology and its application for space commercialization and exploration.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in Program Management.
  • Exceptional work ethic, initiative, attention to detail, and ability to obtain and retain new information.
  • Demonstrated resilience and ability to work well in a safety-critical, dynamic environment.
