About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our launch vehicle program. This individual will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and delivering high-performing launch vehicles. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams of engineers and operations specialists
  • Managing schedules, budgets, and documentation for multiple launch vehicle programs
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure overall performance of launch vehicle products and services

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive results in a dynamic environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in aerospace program management and leadership
  • 2+ years of experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • NV1 Security Clearance eligibility
