About the Role

You will oversee a team of professionals responsible for delivering optimal project outcomes through effective program management, strategy development, and leadership.

This role requires managing multiple programs simultaneously, including financial management, technical reporting, and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects, including financial management and technical reporting.
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation strategies, and performance metrics.
  • Report on program and project performance and progress, including development of solutions to address issues compromising attainment of agreed performance targets.
  • Coordinate contributions to the tender process across projects to ensure right inputs are gathered to respond to client requests.
  • Prepare, maintain, and report on progress against schedules for project delivery.
  • Develop project budgets, cost reports, and forecasts, and monitor and control project costs.
  • Assist with identifying potential hazardous site activities and ensure appropriate procedures and controls are implemented.
  • Lead effective relationships with stakeholders to provide critical input into asset design, ensuring value for money outcomes.
  • Integrate community, environment, operations, and maintenance issues into project planning and design.
