Job Title: Operations Coordinator

 

Job Overview:

The primary goal of this role is to provide administrative support to the Tuning into Kids (TIK) programs. To be successful in this position, you will need to possess strong organizational and time management skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a detailed understanding of the TIK suite of programs
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide general information about courses and enrollment procedures
  • Manage training cancellations, booking amendments, refunds, and other financial tasks related to TIK training

 

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • High-level organization and time management skills
  • Flexibility to manage competing demands

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Completion of a degree or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
