About the Role
  • You will lead the full 360° business development cycle from prospecting to deal closure and long-term manufacturing partnerships.
  • Your primary objective is to identify new leads and build relationships with global clients, securing deals and setting up partnerships for ongoing manufacturing collaboration.
Requirements
  • A strong foundation in molecular biology, immunology, or a related field is essential.
  • Proven experience in business development within the life sciences sector, preferably with qualifications in CDMO, CRO, or biotech.
  • You must possess a hunter mentality, actively identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • A high degree of autonomy, coupled with excellent communication skills, is necessary for success in this role.
  • Comfortable working across diverse markets, including South Korea, the USA, and wider APAC regions.
  • A willingness to travel (approximately 25%) and attend industry conferences, often solo.
