Main Responsibilities:- Partner with principal investigators, clinical managers, nursing teams, and cell therapy lab professionals to ensure readiness and excellence in site delivery.
- Evaluate and activate treatment facilities, focusing on operational efficiency, chain of custody, and equipment requirements.
- Build and lead a team of Territory Operations Managers, shaping a cohesive, patient-centric operations team.
- You possess deep, hands-on cell therapy experience within clinical sites (e.g., nurse practitioner, MD, or advanced practice healthcare leader) or have excelled in pharma roles blending clinical knowledge with operational agility.
- You thrive in highly collaborative environments, are comfortable presenting to and influencing diverse audiences, and demonstrate humility, resilience, and a mission-driven attitude.
