Product Manager Role

This role offers the opportunity to drive the development of specific product features within a seller portal, ensuring they meet business needs and enhance the customer and seller experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the product backlog for specific platform features or components.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and translate complex business problems and user needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
  • Prioritise features and user stories based on business value, technical feasibility, and strategic impact.

As a Product Manager, you will also participate in all phases of the product life cycle, conduct research and analysis to inform product decisions, and define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for your features.

Requirements
  • Proven ability to translate complex business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
  • Solid understanding of agile development methodologies and experience working within agile teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
