  • New Product Launch: Manage the development and commercialization of new products, including product positioning, pricing, and marketing strategies.
  • Product Superiority: Identify areas of competitive advantage and parity, informing innovation decisions and driving data-based outcomes.
Country Product Portfolio Management
  • Define Product Roadmaps: Develop and maintain product roadmaps for the ANZ markets, ensuring alignment with regional and global strategies.
  • Portfolio Optimization: Analyze and optimize the product portfolio to ensure simplicity, superiority, and efficiency in the ANZ markets.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify gaps in the existing portfolio and opportunities for growth.
Cross-Regional and Global Initiatives
  • Collaboration and Governance: Support and govern special projects triggered by regional offices and Product Directors, ensuring collaboration across functions and regions.
  • Data Consolidation: Consolidate data and present joint input for Product Directors on requested topics, driving informed decision-making.
