About This Role

You will play a vital part in creating a positive experience for clients, members and patrons as an Allied Health Receptionist.

This role involves delivering professional, friendly and attentive service while assisting with general enquiries. You will also work closely with our Exercise Physiologists and Wellness Team to support high-quality care and help people feel confident, valued and supported throughout their journey.

Key aspects of this customer-focused role include managing membership and program enquiries, processing transactions and responding with warmth and empathy across all services and programs.

A proactive approach, ability to work independently and confidence in managing a fast-paced environment are essential in delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support
  • Manage membership and program enquiries and process transactions
  • Work closely with the Exercise Physiologists and Wellness Team to deliver high-quality care

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in an administrative-based role and possess relevant qualifications, including a current First Aid Certificate and NSW Working with Children Check. They will also be able to demonstrate high levels of personal organisation and time management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.
