About the RoleThis is a stable weekday role ideal for professionals seeking work-life balance. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services to adults living with severe and persistent mental illness.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive assessments and develop individualised care plans in collaboration with consumers and their families
- Contribute to quality improvement activities and participate in administrative responsibilities as required
- A supportive and collaborative environment that values initiative and hard work
- Further education and development opportunities through our Foundations of Community Mental Health program
- Access to an additional day off (ADO) for full-time employees, as well as other benefits such as salary packaging and novated leasing
