Customer Service and Administration Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Administration Professional to join our team in the NSW Region. This role will provide administrative support and coordination for building plans interpretation, working closely with Sales Representatives to deliver exceptional customer service.
About the OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to partner with our sales team, utilizing their excellent communication skills and attention to detail to ensure timely service delivery to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to Sales Representatives, including data entry and coordination of building plans interpretation
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet business objectives
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the building industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering results-oriented outcomes
