About the Opportunity

Bradnam's Windows and Doors is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Newcastle. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordination of building plans interpretation to ensure accurate data entry in our quotation systems.

About You

  • You will possess previous work experience in a customer service position within the building industry.
  • Knowledge of building industry codes and quoting systems is advantageous, but full training will be provided.
  • You will thrive in a diverse environment, both as part of an inclusive team and independently.
  • You are a self-starter with a strong willingness to learn and a desire to grow within the industry.
  • You are positive and flexible to adapt to business needs when priorities shift.
