Business Continuity Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Continuity Manager to join our team at Hollard Holdings Australia Pty Ltd. As a key member of our Risk and Control Advisory team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of our business resilience.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and maintain Hollard's Business Continuity Management program, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead the uplift from CPS232 to CPS230 requirements, driving process improvements and enhancements.
- Assist the business in identifying, managing, and rectifying technology-related breaches, incidents, and issues related to Business Continuity capabilities.
- Prepare and present reports and papers for internal and external committees and forums, showcasing your expertise and communication skills.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across Hollard to develop and implement comprehensive business continuity and disaster recovery plans, ensuring seamless operations.
- Facilitate workshops to complete Business Impact Analysis and Disaster Risk Assessments, driving informed decision-making.
- Work with relevant stakeholders to generate periodic review and testing plans, maintaining and updating BCP and Disaster Recovery plans as needed.
- Design training programs for employees to raise awareness of business continuity management, promoting a culture of resilience.
- Ensure the Crisis Management team is prepared to manage through severe business disruptions, leveraging scenario-based training.
We are looking for a highly experienced Business Continuity Manager with at least 5-6 years of experience in the financial services industry. Your technical knowledge of technology platforms and practices, such as Cloud, databases, and applications, networks, cyber security, and information security, will be essential in driving our business resilience initiatives.
Tertiary qualifications in IT, Business, Economics, Finance, or Law are desirable, but not essential. What's more important is your passion for business continuity management, your ability to communicate complex ideas, and your commitment to delivering exceptional results.
