About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead the development and implementation of our Business Resilience capability. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of business continuity and risk management strategies, frameworks, and plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a Business Resilience Framework in partnership with relevant business owners
  • Lead the delivery of fit-for-purpose business resilience management systems
  • Design, develop, and deliver education, training, and information to monitor and critically review organisational capability
  • Provide strategic advice and recommendations to executive management
  • Develop and foster strategically important relationships with key external stakeholders
  • Lead the Crisis Management Team in strategic response to emergencies or adverse events
  • Contribute to the CISO leadership team, undertaking and leading related projects and initiatives for continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Significant experience in a similar business resilience leadership role, including implementation of frameworks and strategies
  • Leadership experience supporting and advising senior executive teams in strategic planning, business continuity, and risk management
  • Demonstrated practical experience in leading critical incident/crisis management functions
  • Excellent interpersonal, cross-cultural, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong relationship management and consulting skills
  • Ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment
