We are seeking a skilled Senior Technical Pega Consultant to join our team.

About the Job

This role involves partnering with clients to deliver high-quality technical solutions across the software development lifecycle. As a Senior Technical Pega Consultant, you will design, develop, and deploy Pega business process management (BPM) software, ensuring effective Design, Development, Validation, and Support activities meet client needs and architectural requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to deliver high-quality technical solutions across the software development lifecycle.
  • Design, develop, and deploy Pega BPM software.
  • Ensure effective Design, Development, Validation, and Support activities meet client needs and architectural requirements.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing Pega delivery team to ensure solutions meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Develop Business Rules in Pega, model BPM processes, develop Pega BPM services, and create Pega UI components.
  • Manage key design areas of Pega implementations.
  • Leverage deep understanding of the Pega Platform, including application debugging tools and features.
  • Provide strong technical leadership to guide the development team in delivering highly functioning and usable Pega applications.
  • Lead the implementation of complex Pega design and development projects.
  • Apply Pega application design concepts, case design principles, and best practices on projects.
  • Implement PRPC components, such as Decision Tables, Decision Maps, Declarative Expressions, Constraints, and Indexes.
  • Work on Activities and Flows to meet project requirements.
  • Create Database Connections using RDB Method and Web Services using Connect-SOAP.
  • Migrate rules across environments using Data-Admin-Product.
  • Manage user accessibility by creating Portals, Access Roles, and Access Groups for Analysts, Data Managers, and Chair departments.
  • Identify and document test conditions/scenarios from business requirements and functional design for Rating Management.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a similar field, minimum 4 years of software development experience in Pega delivering solutions, and deep knowledge of Pega application design concepts, case design principles, and development best practices in building Pega applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
  • Minimum 4 years of software development experience in Pega delivering solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of Pega application design concepts, case design principles, and development best practices in building Pega applications.
  • Must have been actively involved in PRPC development.
  • Pega certification (CLSA/CSSA/CSA) is mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience in Design using PRPC and any frameworks.
  • Strong design and implementation skills in an Agile development environment.
  • Knowledge on Web Services Architecture (XML, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, etc..), MQ series.
  • Ability to solve common application requirements through deep understanding of Pega features and patterns.
  • Track record of successful Pega application implementations from scratch.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
