Operational Leadership Role

This is a highly demanding role that requires exceptional leadership skills to manage and coordinate our operations team. As an Operational Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and guidance to ensure the smooth delivery of our services.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions. Experience in operational management and financial reporting is essential, as well as a deep understanding of the NDIS industry and its legislative framework.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to assess and enhance process efficiencies, with an emphasis on optimising caseload management and refining the measurement and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs).
    2. Team Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of a best-in-class administration team, reporting on performance, customer trends, and satisfaction.
    3. Quality and Compliance: Stay updated on legislative and regulatory reforms, industry trends, and sector developments for business planning and organisational response. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and organisational development across service areas.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification and experience managing complex services with diverse clients.
  • Effective leadership skills, managing workplace culture, performance, and handling complaints and concerns.
  • Understanding of the NDIS industry, legislation, regulations, standards, and trends.
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, preferably with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, experienced in consulting with people with disabilities, their families, and other providers.
