About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of excellence in retail leadership, coupled with an engaging and collaborative style that fosters a positive work environment.

As a Store Business Manager, you will empower your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in-store. You will develop a deep understanding of your store team and provide coaching and development opportunities to set them up for success. This includes providing training and coaching in safety protocols and leading by example in workplace health and safety initiatives.

To ensure the effective operation of your store, you will drive sales growth and profit earnings while maintaining expense levels within established parameters.

About You
  • Prior experience as a senior retail manager where you have led a large successful team of at least 30+ individuals
  • Able to lead and motivate a team
  • Flexible availability across our store hours
  • In-depth knowledge of retail operations
  • Previous experience working towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and budgets
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated people leadership and safety management abilities
