Are you a seasoned professional with experience in managing construction projects? As a Construction Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects through effective communication and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion and within budget.
- Site Coordination: Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to define project requirements and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Team Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities on-site to ensure adherence to plans and timelines, supervise subcontractors, site crews, and suppliers to ensure safety, quality, and performance standards.
- Financial Management: Prepare project budgets, forecasts, and cost estimates, monitor expenses, control costs, and manage change orders.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams, provide regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Project Manager for a Head Contractor / Residential Builder in Australia.
- Familiarity with SA construction market and subcontractors.
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Current Drivers' Licence.
