The Role

We seek a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to lead the design engineering of water and wastewater treatment plants, reservoirs, hydraulic structures, pump stations, and conveyance pipelines.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, the ability to drive successful project outcomes, and experience working in a consulting environment delivering projects as part of a multi-disciplinary and multi-office team.

Key Skills and Expertise
  1. Bachelor's degree in civil (structural) engineering
  2. A minimum of 10 years' experience in water and wastewater treatment and/or conveyance design
  3. Knowledge of safety in design, constructability, and operational practices and relevant Australian standards and codes
  4. Knowledge of risk management with the ability to identify project and design related risks
  5. Experience in managing small to medium engineering design projects
