Clinic Concierge Role

As a valued member of our team, you will be the face and ambassador of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences from the moment clients walk in to the time they leave.

The Clinic Concierge plays a pivotal role in maintaining exceptional clinic standards, meeting sales and client rebooking targets, educating clients on pre and post-care procedures, and performing general administrative tasks.

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving abilities with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience in sales and/or customer service, preferably 3-5 years in a beauty retail customer-facing role
  • Flexibility to work during late-night trading, weekends, and public holidays
  • Professional presentation and adherence to high standards
