Concierge Service Specialist

We are seeking passionate and experienced individuals to join our team as Concierge Service Specialists at high-end residential and commercial strata title buildings in Sydney. Our concierges act as the face of the building, providing exceptional service experiences that bond us with clients and their guests.

This role requires delivering industry-leading concierge services to residents and their guests. Responsibilities will include:

  • 5-Star Front Desk Services: Providing professional support to residents and guests, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Assisting the Building Manager and Head Concierge with issues related to By Laws, resident car park, reporting, and keys auditing.
  • Movement Monitoring: Safeguarding the building's security by monitoring relevant movements of visitors, service providers, and goods throughout the building and immediate surrounds.
  • Safeguarding resident keys, security devices, parcels, and dry cleaning.
  • Patrolling: Conducting internal and external patrols to maintain a secure environment.
  • Completing incident reports when necessary and responding to emergencies.
  • Maintaining tidy and presentable entry points and lifts.

Requirements:

  • A current NSW 1AC Security License.
  • Availability to work late nights and weekends.
  • The ability to build rapport with residents and cooperative relationships with the team.
  • Front of house or customer service experience.
  • Effective Communication: Proven quality written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Information:

Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia and be willing to undergo a Police Check. Uniforms are provided, and training is given prior to the first shift. An immediate start is available.
