We are specialists in providing a range of fully managed front and back-of-house guest services including reception and concierge.
Our ambassadors' key focus is to ensure our clients and guests enjoy a remarkable experience; anticipating their needs - even before they do, saving precious time and enhancing the guest experience.THE POSITIONLead concierge operations to deliver outstanding service for all guests and visitorsManage visitor registration, pass issuance, and building access accordingly with existing security policies and procedures, proactively act in a manner that supports a healthy and safe work environmentLiaise with stakeholders to always maintain a premium front-of-house environment and immaculate presentation of the reception.Support the Guest Experience Manager with reporting, compliance, and training deliveryAct as a key contact for all guest-related enquiriesDevelop and maintain excellent relationship with client on site, respond to client feedback professionally and action service improvements where neededTHE PERSONProven experience in a leadership capacity within corporate concierge, hotel reception, or guest services environmentStrong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor othersExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindsetAble to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesFlexible, proactive, and solution-oriented with strong problem-solving abilityHolds or is willing to obtain a National Police Check As an Australian National Police Check is required for this role the successful applicant will need to hold Full time Australian working rights THE BENEFITSPaid training and professional development programsComplimentary corporate uniformAccess to wellness and mental health support initiativesBe part of a globally recognised organisation with clear growth pathways
