Job Title: Senior IT Operations Leader
The Senior IT Operations Leader is a critical role that oversees the management of IT infrastructure, services, and systems. This position ensures the delivery of reliable, secure, and scalable technology services that support business objectives and enable organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all IT operations, including network architecture, security, hardware, software, and National IT Service Desk.
  • Lead strategic infrastructure direction and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Implement and sustain infrastructure and platforms across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Contribute to technology strategy development and execution.
  • Mature ITSM policies and build scalable and resilient IT processes and frameworks.
  • Track IT performance and KPIs for continuous process and service improvements.
  • Maintain IT security controls and data protection measures.
  • Develop processes and policies for IT Infrastructure compliance with legal, regulatory, and policy requirements.
  • Oversee adoption of emerging technologies, infrastructure modernisation, cloud migration, and automation initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and service providers.
