  • Lead a team responsible for development, testing, and deployment of technology solutions within scope.
  • Provide functional and technical leadership for Salesforce and peripheral applications.

  • Manage financial responsibilities including budgeting, vendor spend, and adherence to financial targets.
  • Assess current operating models and develop plans for process improvements and automation.
  • Track and report on key metrics to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in major corporate decisions where the team influences competitive advantage and profitability.
  • Ensure documentation hygiene for key policies and procedures related to systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce technology and related implementations.
  • 5+ years of proven people leadership experience, including team building and talent development.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and resolve conflicts.
  • Demonstrated experience with Scrum Agile methodologies and disciplined delivery practices.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and adjacent teams at all levels.
