About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with and advances the organization's business objectives2. Create and evolve domain-specific technology roadmaps that provide clear direction for future investments and capabilities3. Drive strategic decision-making processes that ensure technology initiatives deliver maximum business value4. Collaborate with technology leaders to optimize the operating model for efficiency, innovation, and scalability5. Identify transformation opportunities that leverage emerging technologies and innovative approaches6. Facilitate cross-functional alignment on technology priorities and resource allocation7. Provide thought leadership on technology trends and their potential impact on the business8. Develop frameworks to measure the effectiveness and ROI of technology investments9. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Technology function

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, Engineering or related field2. 5-10 years' experience in technology strategy, consulting, or similar roles3. Strong track record developing technology strategies and roadmaps4. Experience working with senior stakeholders and executive teams5. Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives and transformation6. Excellence in executive communications and presentations7. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities8. Experience in operating model design and optimization9. Understand technology trends and best practices
