About the Role:
This is a key role within our People and Capability Advisory team, supporting employee relations and advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice to support people leaders on complex HR matters
- Manage Fair Work Australia applications and navigate industrial tools for informed decision-making
- Mentor and develop People & Capability Advisors in the team
- Participate in team projects, leveraging knowledge for further learnings
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in managing complex HR related matters from beginning to resolution
- Extensive generalist HR experience with strong ER/IR exposure, particularly in conduct, performance, and non-work related injuries
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and coaching people managers
- Great relationship building, communication, negotiation, influencing, coaching, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt and prioritise your workload, taking a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
