HR Leadership Role
We're seeking a highly skilled HR professional for a 14-month fixed term role.
This is a fantastic leadership opportunity within our HR team to support our business.
The successful candidate will lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners and HR Advisors, providing consistent advice and support to leaders throughout the employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a team of HR professionals.
- Providing sound and pragmatic advice and support to leaders.
- Ensuring effective investigations and issue resolution.
- Embedding and utilising reporting frameworks to monitor and manage key HR performance metrics.
- Building and maintaining collaborative working relationships.
- Delivering targeted training for people leaders.
- Managing talent and succession planning to enable growth and development of future leaders.
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- At least 3 years in an HR business partnering role with varying levels of leadership experience.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or Business Management.
- Experience in managing employee relations matters.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Australia.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with senior leaders.
