An experienced HR professional is sought to manage a range of human resources operations in a leading independent school.

About the Role

The successful candidate will report to the Director of People & Culture and be responsible for staff onboarding, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, reward and recognition, and offboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies and programs aligned with the school's goals and community focus.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver people-centered initiatives that support the school's mission and values.
Requirements
  • A senior HR professional with well-developed experience in HR leadership or advisory roles.
  • A positive, timely customer-service approach and strong HR skills to support stakeholder groups.
