Senior HR Professional

This is a career-enhancing role based in Sydney or Melbourne.
The position of Human Resources Generalist has become available due to internal growth. You will serve as the first point of contact for all HR related matters for employees and managers, reporting directly to the HR Manager of Australia & New Zealand.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic oversight and management of recruitment and employee onboarding processes
- HR administration duties, including management of the complete employee life cycle
- Assistance with HR projects and initiatives in the ANZ region
We are seeking an individual with exceptional relationship building, problem-solving, and communication skills. A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar HR role is preferred, along with relevant HR qualifications. Additionally, candidates should have a solid understanding of Fair Work legislation and employee relations.
As a member of our team, you will work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative environment. We value a positive attitude, a friendly demeanor, and excellent interpersonal skills.
