Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the business in the execution of strategic human resource initiatives and projects
  • Responsible for designing, implementing and administering local benefit plans
  • Contributes to the development, implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures
  • Analyses employee productivity and operational support to aid in resource planning
  • Administers the annual competitive compensation analysis using market data to inform pay decisions

As a key member of our human resources team, this role plays a critical part in supporting our organization's overall success by providing expert advice and guidance on human analytics, administration, HR information systems, and compensation and benefits.

Our total rewards manager is responsible for fostering a culture of belonging, ensuring inclusion and fairness for all employees. They will partner with various stakeholders across the organization to implement strategic plans, projects and initiatives that align with our company's goals and values.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing and implementing benefit plans that meet the needs of our diverse workforce
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on compensation and benefits to senior leaders and other stakeholders
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention
