Reward Program Specialist

At the core of our organization, we are redefining how people experience work. We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Program Specialist to join our team.
Your primary responsibility will be to support our reward team members with data-driven insights from compensation reviews to market analysis.
Main Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Leverage knowledge of market dynamics to tie our jobs to the external market and contribute to our twice-annual market review.
- Program Enhancement: Analyze data to drive targeted decision-making when reviewing and enhancing our reward programs.
- Internal Mobility: Calculate internal mobility requests for employees moving into new roles or internationally.
- Contractor Rate Requests: Support the calculation of contractor rate (renewal) requests.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Respond to various types of queries from internal teams and stakeholders.
- Communication: Craft simple communications to share information and educate stakeholders about complex topics and sensitive outcomes.
- Relationship Building: Build relationships with counterparts within our People team.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience working in a similar role, ideally both in consulting and in-house.
- Possession of passion and proficiency in data analysis and number crunching with a proven ability to leverage data to craft compelling stories that inspire action.
- Hands-on operational experience.
- The ability and enthusiasm to build relationships with team members and stakeholders, asking thoughtful questions as well as making suggestions.
- A bias for action and show up with a solutions mindset.
- Thriving in a collaborative environment, working towards shared goals.
