Reward Program Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Loyalty Manager – Rewards to oversee the end-to-end operations of our expanding multi-million dollar loyalty initiative, Finder Rewards.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in loyalty, rewards, or e-commerce program management in a high-growth environment and be able to collaborate cross-functionally with teams while also leading and building a team as the program scales.
Key Responsibilities include managing program operations, executing go-to-market strategies, coordinating offer management, commercial reporting, partner management, and scale and growth initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:- Ensure offers and campaigns are executed smoothly and on time by overseeing day-to-day operations of Finder Rewards.
- Collaborate with Sales to take the program to market, develop sales collateral, and leverage performance results to drive new deals.
- Coordinate with Product and Technology to bring new offers live, optimize how they are presented on-site, and continuously improve user experience.
- Own reporting of key metrics to inform data-driven decisions and ensure commercial viability.
- Manage supplier and partner relationships, ensuring offers are compelling, delivered as promised, and deliver strong ROI.
- Develop scalable processes, identify improvement opportunities, and prepare the program for expansion.
