About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Planning Officer. As a key member of our Construction Operations team, you will provide administrative support to our Project Managers and Engineers, ensuring the smooth delivery of rail projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare project reports, safety documents, and tender proposals
  • Assist with project financial management through the Pronto System
  • Manage internal and external resources, including compiling site documents
  • Participate in project teams to achieve key outcomes
  • Support the Project Team in financial performance of ongoing projects
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the construction industry (desirable)
  • General awareness of OH&S legislation, including Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card)
  • High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Projects, and other project management software
  • Strong initiative, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player across all areas of the business
