About the Role

This is a key member position in a close-knit remuneration and benefits team, working closely with an experienced reward operations manager to contribute to the design, management, and reporting across all aspects of total reward.

The role offers a great opportunity to round out a full total reward skill set in an environment large enough to be complex, including offshore operations, without being drowned in unnecessary bureaucratic process.

What Will You Be Doing?

As a well-rounded early-career reward practitioner, you will work across all aspects of corporate employee remuneration, including benchmarking, salary surveys, rem review, and job evaluations. You will have experience advising a corporate client base in conjunction with HR business partner teams.

A natural relationship manager who is effective and at ease across a broad spectrum of stakeholders, you will have been complemented previously for both your analytical strengths and project management capability.
