Job Opportunity

We are seeking a professional to lead the remuneration and benefits portfolio for an acquired business.

This role will oversee the end-to-end management of the company's rewards programs, supporting workforce transition into the Group Reward environment.

  • Develop and manage reward programs for a nationally dispersed workforce, ensuring operational oversight of annual reviews, bonuses, and market data.
  • Collaborate with the P&C team to analyze, develop, and integrate reward frameworks aligned to compliance-based and cultural objectives.
  • Design and execute reward strategies across dispersed workforces, demonstrating expertise in analysis and data interpretation.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience leading or supporting key remuneration outcomes.
  • Experience executing reward strategies across dispersed workforces, preferably in retail.
